You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the product is in its original, unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Items that are damaged, altered, washed, or show signs of wear and tear will not be eligible for return.

Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions for sending the item back to us. All returns must be shipped using a reliable courier service, and customers are responsible for the shipping charges unless the return is due to an error from our side.
Upon receiving the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 working days. In case of an exchange, replacement items will be shipped based on availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund for the amount paid.
Please note that cash-on-delivery (COD) order refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, and Vougex reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policy.
