Vougex is dedicated to delivering products that meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. However, we understand that certain situations may require a refund, and we have designed our Refund Policy to be clear, fair, and customer-focused.
Refunds are applicable in cases where products are returned in accordance with our Return Policy, where cancellations are approved before order shipment, or when the delivered product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. All refund requests must be submitted to our customer service team at support@vougex.com along with the order details, reason for refund, and, where applicable, photographs of the product.
Once your refund request is approved, we will process it within 7-10 working days. For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit. Store credit can be used for any future purchases on our platform and will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
In cases where products are returned but do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in our Return Policy, Vougex reserves the right to deny the refund request. Any shipping or handling charges paid during the original order are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error.
We also process partial refunds in situations where the customer has purchased multiple items but only returns a portion of the order. The refunded amount will correspond to the value of the returned product(s).
